What should you put in your text to Esther?

A clear first text saves back-and-forth. Try to include:

• The service you want, such as color, highlights, balayage, a cut, a blow-dry or keratin
• Your preferred days and times, Monday to Saturday
• A photo of your hair as it is now, in daylight if you can
• An inspiration photo of a look you like
• Your hair history: recent color, box color, highlights, keratin or other smoothing
• Your name, and whether you are new to Esther

What if you are not sure which service you need?

That is common, and it is fine. Just describe what you want to change. You might write that your color feels flat, your grays are showing or your cut has grown out. Esther will suggest the right service and tell you how much time to set aside.

Why does Esther ask about your hair history?

Past color and treatments change how hair takes new color. A recent keratin treatment, box dye or lightener can all affect the plan. Knowing this ahead of time helps Esther choose the right formula, book the right amount of time and quote a fair price, so there are no surprises on the day.

What happens at your first visit?

Your first visit starts with a free consultation. Esther listens first. She looks at your hair, asks about your routine and talks through what you want. She explains the plan in plain words and gives you the exact price, since length, thickness and hair history all change the final cost.

Then she takes her time. Each color shade is mixed for your skin, eyes and hair, and color is finished with a glaze for mirror shine. You can see every price ahead of time on the 2026 salon menu.

Where and when is the salon open?

Esther Klein's @ Salon & Style Bar is on S. Ocean Blvd in South Palm Beach, by the beach. Esther texts directions when she confirms your appointment. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM. The salon is closed on Sunday. Clients come from Palm Beach to Boynton Beach and inland towns; see the areas served.

Can Esther come to you instead?

Yes, by request. For weddings, bridal parties, galas, private events, photo and video shoots, and at home or while traveling, Esther can bring her chair to you.
