She trained with Vidal Sassoon and Paul Mitchell, and she has spent 35 years behind the chair, in Greenwich, Connecticut and Palm Beach, Florida. She has been licensed since 1995, in several states.

Esther Klein's @ Salon & Style Bar, also called Maurici Salon, is on S. Ocean Blvd in South Palm Beach, by the beach. South Palm Beach is a small oceanfront town on the barrier island along A1A. It sits just south of Lake Worth Beach's beachfront and just north of Lantana's beach and Manalapan. Palm Beach, the island town, is to the north.
